THREAT VULNERABILITY &
RISK ASSESSMENT (TVRA)

A TVRA is an essential foundational assessment for any effective security program. Without one, technical security design and policies/procedures development are generic, based merely on best practices rather than a customized view of the facility. Our assessments provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of the potential threats to their enterprise and a consolidated view of their assets, their criticality, and their vulnerabilities. Our reports provide multiple mitigation measures for the various vulnerabilities, ranging from no-cost/low-cost to state-of-the-art technology. Our TVRAs allow our customers to see their security posture from an external perspective without bias and enable them to make informed, realistic, and proportional security decisions. Each TVRA is customized and tailored to the facility, business, and location. Our TVRAs support Safety Act certification

HIGH ANGLE ATTACK
ASSESSMENT (H3A)

Any venue that hosts large crowds for various events should consider the potential risk of a short- to medium-range active shooter threat. Our security specialists assess venues to help raise the awareness of potential vantage points based on realistic engagement ranges and areas of vulnerabilities within a venue (including external spaces, such as parking and queuing areas). Our reports share those findings and offer a variety of mitigation measures, both technical and operational, as appropriate. This assessment builds on the findings of the TVRA and supports Safety Act certification.

DRONE VULNERABILITY &
RISK ASSESSMENT (DVRA)

Commercially available drones are everywhere above us. We usually don’t see or hear them, but they are present and are an increasing threat to our safety and security.

Modern drones can carry a variety of payloads, including cameras, microphones, minicomputers that can be used for cyber-attacks, and explosives or other dangerous materials. The best way to truly determine a facility’s vulnerabilities and risks associated with drones is to conduct a DVRA, which includes an initial survey of the surrounding airspace. Our DVRA report enables facilities to weigh the provided risk mitigation measures and implement them into the security program. This assessment supports Safety Act certification.

DRONE EMERGENCY
RESPONSE PLANNING (DERP)

Policies and procedures are an essential aspect of an effective security program. Developing realistic and appropriate operational procedures to address drone incidents allows facilities or venues to respond adequately to such events. Based on the nature of unmanned aircraft and the regulations around them, a response may require coordination with external entities. Our DERP services guide our clients in the development of response procedures based on their circumstances and resources. These documents are essential to emergency response and crisis response execution.

CPTED ASSESSMENT
& SITE REVIEW

Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a aimed at creating environments that foster positive activities while decreasing opportunities for negative events. CPTED addresses many considerations, such as lighting, placemaking, maintenance, and social management to support urban design, planning, and development. The principles of CPTED also support and enhance the use of security technology and the implementation of policies and procedures.

Our CPTED assessments consider the application of these principles in existing facilities and provide recommendations to improve their utilization. Our CPTED site reviews are designed to address potential gaps in principles in the planning stages of a facility, reducing the cost of changes late

DRONES AS SECURITY TOOLS (DAST)

Although drones are an increasingly concerning threat, they also provide new opportunities for security enhancement. We partner with multiple technology vendors to provide you with a range of options for your security program. These security

tools include tethered and untethered drones and deployable robots used to provide situational awareness with decreased human exposure

ELECTRONIC SECURITY
DESIGN (ESD)

Security technology is rapidly evolving and provides more capabilities every year. Choosing the right technology to address an enterprise’s security needs while allowing for futureproofing is an art that requires in-depth knowledge of currently available solutions and a vision of the way they can optimize security operations. Our team provides tailored security designs to enhance your security program and facilitate upgrades in the future. Our experts will also assist in your cost-estimating process and negotiations with vendors and integrators in order to support your technology decisions.

SECURITY TECHNOLOGY AUDIT

Because of the rapidly changing nature of security technology, it is important to regularly re-assess a facility’s security system to keep it relevant and prevent failures. Our technology audits evaluate your existing system from the edge (camera, card reader, etc.) to the supporting infrastructure. Our investigations assess potential gaps in the system, its capabilities compared to the latest solutions, and the lifecycle of the various components currently used.

Our reports provide our findings, prioritized recommendations to improve the system, and a technology roadmap of recommended sunsetting/upgrades to support budget forecasting.
